An inherent risk of exposure to Covid19 exists in any public place where people are present. Guests should evaluate their own risk in determining whether to attend. By attending the World of Pets Expo you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of Covid19 or any other communicable viruses.

Bringing Your Pet?
Well socialized pets, providing they are kept on a leash, are permitted at the World of Pets Expo. Dogs will not be allowed in the Cat Event Area.
All persons who attend the World of Pets Expo, and who bring their pet(s), do so at their own risk and agree to abide by rules for safety established by Premier Events, Inc. (PE). By bringing pet(s) onto the Expo site, pet owners certify that their pet(s) have current vaccinations for distemper and rabies, are of the age and training level to safely socialize with other pets and people and do not exhibit any symptoms of illness. Pet owners also understand and agree that they are liable for any injury and/or damage to persons and/or property that may be caused by their pet. Pet owners also understand that PE is not responsible for loss of property and/or injury to persons or pets. PE reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or animal for any cause deemed not in the best interest of the Expo, and/or to have any person or animal removed from the show site for any cause deemed not in the best interest of the Expo. Pet owners understand and agree that they will abide by all decisions of PE.

Attendees understand and accept that communicable diseases and viruses that may affect humans or pets can circulate in crowded environments and hold PE harmless.


This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, as applicable based on the location of the World of Pets Expo, for all purposes without regard to any conflict of laws principles.
